I’m Emily Gover, former academic librarian at Berry College and current in-house librarian at I’d like to invite you to our latest webinar, Make A Big Impact @ Your School Board Meeting, co-hosted by librarians Margaux   DelGuidice and Rose Luna. With library budgets seemingly shrinking every school year, now is the time to make your importance known to the school community! The webinar will cover tips, tools and tactics to market your library to your community and key stakeholders.

If you are a librarian that is concerned about budget and staff cuts, or if you just want to make your library visible within your district and community, this webinar will offer practical techniques to help you effectively advocate for   your library program.

Margaux DelGuidice is a teacher librarian at Garden City High School in Garden City, NY. She also works as an adjunct professor, children’s services librarian and   is co-author of the book, Make A Big Impact @ Your School Board Meeting.

Rose Luna is a teacher librarian at Freeport High School in Freeport, NY, and a   bilingual reference librarian at the Freeport Memorial Library, also in   Freeport, NY. She is co-author of the book, Make A Big Impact @ Your School Board Meeting.
